Rock Hawk at Lawrence Shoals Road, Eatonton, Georgia.

We came to see the rock hawk effigy but stayed to hike. The trails are wide and mostly well-marked, although we did get turned around on a cutback. My three-year-old was kept entertained by and educated by the animal identifications signs along the trail, and we saw the first live armadillo I have ever seen. Rock Eagle effigy is easier to see, but this park is wonderfully well maintained.
